Terms of Service

1. The service

Tatallo is an ecosystem that connects travelers, hosts, local businesses (merchants), and promoters ("Believers"). Registration as a host or merchant requires a valid Believer code. Features may be added, modified, or suspended over time; the booking functionality will be activated at the official launch.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.
• Content uploaded (descriptions, photos, videos, offers) must be lawful, truthful, and must not infringe third-party rights.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Platform uses third-party artificial intelligence technologies, including Claude (Anthropic), Higgsfield, and Nano Banana, for features such as content generation, text assistance, and image or media creation.

• No access to your documents or browsing information: these AI systems do not have access to visitors' or users' documents, private files, contact lists, or personal browsing information. They only process the specific content you explicitly submit to an AI feature.
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies: always verify it before relying on it or publishing it.
• You remain solely responsible for the content you create, modify, or publish using AI features.
• AI providers process data according to their own privacy policies, under data-processing agreements compliant with the GDPR. Inputs are not used to expose your data to other users or third parties.

4. Intellectual property

The Tatallo brand, logo, design, and software are the property of Adimensio S.r.l.s. You retain ownership of the content you upload, granting us a limited license to display it within the Platform for the operation of the service.

5. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adimensio S.r.l.s. is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, lost profits, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers or force majeure.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date of the last update; continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
