Frequently asked questions

Short answers about fees, impact, reviews and the launch.

1
How much does Tatallo cost for a host?
A single 10% commission on confirmed bookings. There is no joining fee, no monthly subscription and no exclusivity: you can keep the channels you already use.
2
What does the 10% include?
The management software (PMS, channel manager, booking engine), the automatic video listing, support, and access to the promotional circuits. Inside that same 10%, 1% goes to charity and 2% to the impact fund.
3
How does the 1% charity work?
1% of the commission on each stay is donated to associations and non-profits active in the area of that stay. Payments are monthly and traceable, and the traveller pays no surcharge.
4
Who are the Believers and how do you become one?
Believers are the promoters who bring hosts and local businesses onto Tatallo, each with a personal code. Places are limited per city: you apply, sign the membership form and wait for approval.
5
How do moderated reviews work?
Ratings below 5 and above 9 do not go online automatically: a Tatallo moderator verifies the facts and listens to both host and guest. Only then is the review published.
6
Can I split the cost with my travel companions?
Yes. You can split the bill among the travellers in the group, each paying their share, or spread your own payment over time.
7
What does a local business get?
Visibility with travellers already staying nearby, at the moment they choose what to do. You pick one format — a discount, a gift or an experience — and you see the results you generate.
8
When does the platform open, and what if I book in the first days?
The launch is set for 31 October 2026. Whoever books in the first days will get reserved benefits, and hosts who join before launch keep first-day terms.
